GSR Photography by Rick Heymann

Welcome to my gallery of fine art images. I offer fine art photographic prints, and soon, books, calendars, and press printed products of all sorts. Please support this work by purchasing a print or product. Your patronage is truly appreciated.

I've spent over 20 years in the IT (Information Technology) field working for a large bank, a small artificial intelligence development company, and now for myself as a fine art photographer.

In recent years, I have realized that life without an appreciation for our environment-- God's incredible creation-- is a life of relative sterility. There is peace and joy in this appreciation if you open your mind and sincerely desire it.

I attempt to capture the moments that, to my eye, elicit peace, life, and fruitfulness. I try to convey the painterly feel and truthful qualities of the scene as I see it without the use of Photoshop or other image editing software as much as possible.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I do preparing them. I welcome you to a family of clients and patrons who yearn for authenticity.

An important note regarding the colors you see on your monitor: all of the images on this site were developed using professional imaging and computer equipment, and, industry accepted color correction methods. I work hard behind the camera to pursue a fine art photograph that is authentic and not excessively "photo-shopped". In fact, the best images need very little post-processing work at all. My job is to capture the image and present it.

If the colors you see appear unatural, unauthentic, saturated, or overly dark then realize that your monitor is likely not color corrected. Be at ease in the knowledge that when printed on high quality photographic papers, these fine art images will appear as they were intended. If not, I will gladly accept a return of merchandise up to 30 days from purchase.

Additionally, Firefox is the best choice of browsers to view images due to the way it properly handles color correction. Internet Explorer versions 9 and higher also manage colors reasonably well (but often oversaturated), however, some older versions of Google's Chrome do not manage color properly at all.

You can download the well-regarded and popular Firefox browser for free at: www.mozilla.org/

Thank you for your consideration. Buy with confidence and thank you for your support of this work!
